“Being busy doesn’t necessarily mean being productive. Sometimes it simply means there are too many things in too many places.” — Adrijana Lapić

Productivity Strategist
I help solopreneurs and small teams create one calm and structured place where everything finally makes sense, so the right information is always within reach of the people who need it, and productivity comes naturally.
No matter the industry we work in, whether we run a business alone or lead a small team, we all spend our days juggling ideas, tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities — both professional and personal — while simultaneously trying to keep up with an ever-growing number of tools and applications. One tool is used for spreadsheets and records, another for time tracking, a third for project management, several more for communication with team members, clients, and partners, alongside a drive full of documents, payment tracking, lead management, and notes about when we last contacted a client.
And when we add the constant growth of technology and new AI tools into the mix, it often creates the feeling that we are always behind, and that every new tool must be adopted because maybe this one will finally solve the problem. When you look at the bigger picture, it becomes very easy to feel constantly overwhelmed, yet rarely truly in control.
Productivity is not achieved through an overwhelming number of apps or overloaded work hours, but through an efficient system that eliminates exactly that.
Before starting my own business, I spent more than 10 years working in roles involving administration, human resources, and finance across various industries — from IT and hospitality to healthcare.
Throughout my career, I worked closely with business owners, directors, and key decision-makers as their right hand. I supported daily operations, planning, and business administration, while simultaneously leading complex internal projects such as employee training processes, regulatory compliance, and ISO 27001 implementation.
Working alongside decision-makers gave me a clear understanding of how businesses truly function — not in theory, but within real operational systems. And because of that, I became very aware of where the most time, focus, and energy are lost.
The problem was never a lack of effort, ambition, or knowledge. The problem was:
In the end, all of this creates stress, frustration, and the feeling of constantly being busy. Too much downtime, inefficient working hours, and systems that fail to support business growth.
That is when I decided to build my own business — helping others build theirs — with clarity, less stress, minimal friction, and maximum productivity.
